      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Stryker (Amsterdã) em fev. de 2024

      Entrevista

      I was contacted by the HR person after applying online for a month. First stage was the HR call, it was postponed from the schedule date because she had technical problem. She would brief about the role itself. Second stage was with the hiring manager, it was both technical and personal. I passed and offered to do the Gallup assessment which was the third stage. After the assessment, i moved on to the final stage which were interviews with the Senior Director and the peer interview with another HR director and the Financial Control director. The interview with the senior director was more on soft skills. The interview with the peer colleagues was very technical having to answers back and forth from the questions thrown back and forth from HR and Finance perspectives. At the end, they decided to ghost me for more than a month without any answer for my progress. After coming back to me with the generic email that i did not match the company’s culture and what they were looking for, and that they found someone who match closer, I later found out that that someone was an internal employee who moved from Finance Controller role. I definitely think it was very disappointing and a waste of time to have me through the recruitment process for over three months just to hire someone internally.
