2-3 interviews, all over phone or zoom besides last one, which was with the territory sales representative . Pretty easy just mostly checking boxes of talking to multiple team members that have a wide array of responsibilities.

1st round phone screen- lasted about 30 minutes. Asked the basic tell me about yourself, why Stryker, and about 5-6 interview questions. Didn’t get an offer for the job but did lead me to a different interview in another department.

The interview was not bad at all. There were three total rounds. One with manager, then a gallup test, then a panel interview with the manager, team lead and sales rep.
