The process is outlined clearly by Stryker. There are several interview stages to get through. The first was a phone call interview with recruiter. Very good communication from recruiter and AI with reminders throughout interview process.

Had a 30 min phone interview with Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner which contained typical behavioural questions and time at the end to ask questions of my own. I was then sent a Gallup quiz and was rejected based on this quiz.
