IQ ,speed of word recognition ,hand coordination and Gallup interview Have over 7 years experience in micro soldering ,manufacturing experience ,didn't miss a day from work over 8 years, still no offer. Passed all the IQ and hand coordination tests but not the gallup. Anyone would answer personality related questions differently in the morning ,evening ,after coffee ,before coffee ,some people grew up as only child so they are maybe shy and react differently ,also people with English as second language might translate questions differently. Stryker loosing lot of good ,responsible workers due to this process. Introverts aren't bad people, it's a wrong assumption that they don't like people and teamwork ,they just need a bit more time to fit in ,after often they are the ones care the most ,reliable and responsible.
