It was good and easy with more communication skills needed. And the knowledge about the role and company. Two rounds first with a MCQ type of questions and the next round followed by a HR round.

Very lengthy interview process. Expect multiple calls with people with a personality test that is often make or break for being hired. The interviews themselves aren’t rigorous but it takes a while for them to pick up after you’ve applied.

Telefoninterview ist die erste Stufe vom Bewerbungsverfahren. Viele Fragen wurden nacheinander gestellt. Teilweise typische Bewerbungsfragen. Persönlichkeit, Eigenschaften wurde abgefragt, um die Persönlichkeit besser einschätzen zu können. Aber ingesamt sehr nettes Gespräch.
