Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Stryker (Los Angeles, CA).
Entrevista
I was first called by a recruiter and had an over the phone interview, which took about 20 minutes. She asked in-depth questions about my personality and how i've done with my sales career thus far. I was then asked to meet with sales representatives in Los Angeles for a ASR role and met with 3 sales reps and 1 regional manager. At that point there were 12 candidates interviewing for one role, including the candidates inside the company already. To my knowledge, the company hires from within a lot of the time for those ASR roles. The interviews are pretty challenging.

Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
