This was a one hour phone interview asking basic questions around my background and what I was seeking in a new job. Recruiter was pleasant and thoroughly described what they were seeking in the role .

Series of interviews: first, a brief conversation with a recruiter, then about a half hour with a hiring manager. The third interview was a structured test with the Gallup organization, testing for personality traits. I was then provided with a dataset and some case study questions, and presented my results as part of a half-day interview in discussion with small groups. Overall a really interesting process with a tight-knit group, and the recruiter was very communicative throughout (responding about once a week over the course of a couple of months).
