It was a long process with multiple rounds. 1. Virtual Round 2. Office Visit - 4 technical rounds by different people. 3. There was a "Gallup" round it was a psychometric assessment.. conducted over phone call from London which I personally did not like. I did request them for a google meet or team interview but that was not possible, and giving interview over call was not a very pleasant experience. Then the team took there own time to conclude that my "Gallup assesment" was not as per the requirement so my profile was not taken ahead. Overall Initially the interview was conducted in a very professional way, by looks of the office I felt the environment was employee friendly. I think "Gallup" process can be make a little more transparent.
