Talk about a time when you have been leading a project and things have not gone to plan. How did you manage this and communicate to your stakeholders?

Entrevista
The recruitment process started off professionally, and I was genuinely interested in the role. However, the way things ended was extremely disappointing.
After progressing through a couple of steps in the process (calls with Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, Operations Manager), I was given a case study to complete. I spent a considerable amount of time analyzing the challenge, preparing a presentation, and delivering it to the interview panel. I took the process seriously and committed real effort, expecting the same level of professionalism in return.
Unfortunately, after the final round, despite following up multiple times, I received no response. No feedback, no closure, not even a basic “thank you for your time.” I was completely ghosted.
This lack of communication is not only unprofessional but also shows a disregard for candidates who invest their energy and time into the process. It reflects poorly on Stuart's candidate experience and employer brand. If this is how they handle recruitment, it raises concerns about how they operate internally.
I hope they reflect on this and improve their process moving forward. Every candidate deserves respect, especially those who go the extra mile.

Hiring manager meeting followed by technical presentation followed by final culture for interview. Process took about 2/3 weeks form start to finish. Presentation involved solving a series of operational/data questions, nothing too difficult
