1st interview was with a recruiter - Explained the process of recruitment, talked around my experience, all very nice and transparent. Told me that the process would not take longer than 2 weeks depending on my assignment (mentioned that between the next to last and last step there is an assignment that I need to complete in 48 hrs) 2nd interview was with my direct manager - Very pleasant interview, we hit it off really well. 1h after the call I received the assignment - I sent the assignment back next morning - I haven't heard back from them for about 8 days - After several follow-ups they shared the feedback on the interview (which was a good one) but unfortunately someone else took the position in the meantime (probably they asked for a lower starting salary) - Overall felt a bit like I was given the cold shoulder despite my investment in the process and the overall good feedback
