The recruiter reached out via email to schedule a call with a link, which I did, and they confirmed saying they would call me on the phone on that date and time, along with a GCal invite which they accepted. I emailed them the day of to confirm my phone number, with no response. The scheduled window of our 30-minute call has fully elapsed, and I haven't received any other communications from them. I sent an email 10 minute into our scheduled time to say that I'm okay with rescheduling if needed (since I did pick a time that's outside of usual work hours). Still nothing. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but I have to say that scheduling a call and basically not showing up is unprofessional to say the least. Hopefully I'll get an email back of some kind at some point.
