If you know someone who already works there, job is pretty much guaranteed. Interview process is short if you go in person. Followed by an introductory group class before you begin training.

Mainly asked about previous experience and willingness to learn in a team enviornment.
It was easy just talked about availability and what the job was and about movies. It took no time and was very standard if not easier than normal job interviews at that level.

straightforward, basic interview questions, why do you want to work here, must be available weekends, good in team settings, must work holidays, how do you handle customer experiences, good first job.
