I had two technical round and one hr round, I have cleared both technical round and I have clearly stated my expectations and expreince and they have agreed also but after my two technical rounds in hr round I was told we don't have a budget to hire you I said we csn negotiate also but they were just we can not do it , I was very disheartened please tell up front that what is possible and what is not .
