It was a smooth, transparent and clear interview. The interviewer set the expectation straight and made it easy to answer the questions in a certain format. The questions were more focused on the Behavioural aspect and problem-solving.

The interview was friendly, professional and well-structured. Questions focused on student support, handling data accurately, prioritising during busy periods, teamwork, communication with students/parents, and dealing with sensitive situations. There were also scenario-based and behavioural questions using the STAR format.
