Started with a video screener, then you had 3 calls with different people on the team. Most of the time they were explaining the job and company rather than questions about you.
**Come with a lot of questions about the company**
After the final interview with the VP it was radio silence until a generic talent email saying no (this was frustrating). They do a good job making you seem like you are the right person for the job and the reject feels like a blindside.

Greatest strength coming into the job and greatest weakness coming into the job
Started with a 30-minute performance task, then three rounds of standard interviews with good questions. I was told I didn't get the position. The very next day, via email, I was offered the same role as a no-benefits contractor at a lower salary, with no acknowledgement that they had just told me they would not be offering me the position.

The oddest process and the most disrespectful I have ever been treated in a hiring process.
Originally very straightforward. Phone interview followed by an interview with key stakeholders. They mentioned they were interested in doing remote production and were curious about the cost. I gave them an estimate on the spot. The interview seemed very positive and I was invited back to watch their studio at work.
When I arrived I met someone who told me they were their new Studio Manager, the role I applied for. He told me he was very nervous about the position because he had little experience in the area. One of the key stakeholders I met during the in-person interview told him to talk to me and ask for advice. Advice for the role I applied for and was interviewed for and never told I wasn't getting.
When the production broke for lunch, I asked what my potential role was, if any, going forward, since I just met the person who was given the job I applied for. I was told "TBA" and I never heard from them again.
