I had to pass an assessment first, which could be perceived as difficult because it’s a very regulatory-focused exercise. I’m not sure if a graduate would normally have to do that in real life; I believe it could be handled by lawyers rather than a graduate. The interviewers were too technical, you can’t show your strengths as a well-rounded professional just by knowing technical terms. For a graduate role, it seems like you need to know everything.
