Entrevista
The call came in unplanned / unscheduled.
It was a half hour call with questions related to finance and tech.
A follow-up email with technical and finance homework was given. The deadline was to be done within a week.
A First round screening call which was followed by a 1 hour timed online tech test, consisting of two Data structures / algorithms questions (like Leetcode) and a few short written questions to check if I could explain basic python concepts. This was followed by a take home test which asked the prospective applicant to implement a backend application in python, with database models specified in the requirements of the test.

Entrevista
I interviewed at Suade Labs at the end of September 2021. First point of contact was an initial phone call, afterwards I was asked to complete a coding challenge. This is where the point of contact stopped; eventually I received feedback that they liked the solution, only to fall completely silent.
My advice to Suade Labs is to grow up as a company and don't ask candidates to invest their time for you to not even provide proper feedback.
