Very scripted, HR guy and ops Manager in CR don’t really seem to be the right group asking questions for talent. The interview was almost like it was being done to the minimum because they already had a hire from someone you know likely. Waste of my time, didn’t feel like they could even speak the language that a maintenance person should be interviewing for. There’s no reason my resume shouldn’t have qualified for at the least, a on site interview. Pretty glad it worked out that way after that. I fear this company will struggle in Cedar Rapids.
