You meet with your QA Team Lead, then with other members of the QA Team, and then with some members of senior management and the production team. Nothing complicated, just regular conversations about your experience, your attitude towards the gaming industry and getting to know you personally. The people are super friendly and rarely ever put a large amount of pressure on you due to the interview being for a very casual entry-level position. If you are not into games, you will have a hard time relating to the company and to the responsibilities of the role.
