I applied through college or university(nit kurukshetra,ece). The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Subros in February 2016.
Interview
The interview consists of 3rounds : Written consists of aptitude and technical(digital,anlog,antenna,microwave,signals,microcontroller,instrumentation and measure mentation etc..), Group Discussion (Has demonatisation uprooted the curruption or just a change of clocks), interview was some what difficult(Pure technical question). Good interview experience HR behavior was good and the process was smooth, Good company in terms of culture Technical round for electrical Face-to-face technical interview and then HR round. a week later got the offer.
First is the technical round, in which they usually cover the projects on your resume and would go deep into it and more about implementation.
Second is usually the Hr round, they go for general questions about your long-term and short-term goals.
