I started with a phone interview, that went easy. I was informed of what the position intailed and was then offered an in person interview. Both the phone and in person interviews went smoothly.

Spoke with a few management members first, basic interview type questions as far as what I had done before and what strength I had to do the position applying for. Was introduced to the team and able to ask them questions about the job. Ended with another few minutes just myself with managers. Overall an easy and laid back interview.
