I had already worked at Walmart deli for 2 years and previous subway. Walked in interviewed with the owner who had no interest in interviewing me he had just interviewed another girl who I assumed he was going to hire.. I walked out the door knowing i wasn't going to get the job he commented twice on the fact I had tattoos. Turns out the other girl bailed on him and one day he was left alone in the store no one wanted to work so he called me and I started right away. Once he seen how fast and quick I was he was saying he was glad he hired me.

I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
