Entrevista
I knew someone who was already working there and suggested that I apply there because they had just lost a couple employees. I filled out an application, which was similar to most applications with the exception that it had a couple addition/subtraction problems (how to make change).
I had two 1:1 interviews, first with the submanager and the next with the manager. Both went well and I received a call a couple days later to begin training.

Describe a situation where a customer was not happy and what did you do to remedy the situation
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
