I filled outt an application online and within a week or two i got a call from subway. I was brought in for an interview two days later and my interviwer forgot his paper with all the questions on it so he only asked me about 3 questions. He never mentioned anything about calling me or what hours I could work so I was a little disappointed
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
