Entrevista
I literally walked into the store, told the employee at the register that I was here for an interview, and she told me to take a seat anywhere. My interview was scheduled for 1 PM, I arrived a few minutes early, and they kept me waiting for almost 20 minutes after the scheduled time. So, immediately, I wasn't that impressed.
This was my first interview, so I was prepared to answer some standard interview questions. The interviewer asked me how old I was to confirm I was allowed to work, since I'm pretty baby-faced. After that, it wasn't an interview at all. I was literally just told they need people now so they're going to hire me, and he explained what shifts they need people, then he asked when I could start, and that was it.

As I said, all they asked was "How old are you" and "When you can you start"
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
