The interview process was really simple. I showed up and the owner of the store asked me a few questions about why I wanted to work there - you know, basic behavioural questions. He brought up the online personality quiz that they use to screen for applicants and apparently I scored very high in all aspects. Afterwards the owner talked about what he wants in an employee, what my basic duties were going to be, etc.

Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.

Straightforward and professional with typical fast food interview questions. Friendly and easy to talk to interviewers. Reasonable length and in person made it more comfortable. Great experience and easy interview.
Was pretty average hospitality interview process, focus on customer service in a fast paced environment, how to deal with stress, team work/ collaboration, company values, and your past experience. and availability etc.
