Manager called, instore interview, quick,same day hire. Manager called and set up an instore interview. During the interview standard questions as to why you want to work there, asked how your experience can help you do the job, asked about reliable transportation. Discussed days avaiable to work. Was granted a job offer, accepted the same day and started working the following day
Short and to the point, met with the owner and he was very very kind and welcoming. We had a long interview conversation regarding the scope of work and it was pleasant.

The interview process was short and to the point. They might call you back for two interviews, but both are pretty short. They get back to you pretty quickly if they're currently hiring.

Entrevista
They contacted me by phone within a week for an in person group interview. There were about 7 of us being interviewed at once and we all had the same basic interview questions. They hired most of us.
