Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Subway (Springfield, VA).
Entrevista
The interview process at Subway, like at many other fast-food or retail establishments, typically involves several stages. Keep in mind that specific details may vary based on the location and the position you're applying for. Here's a general overview:
Application Submission:
Start by filling out an application form. You can often do this online or in person at the Subway location where you want to work.
Resume Review:
If you submitted a resume, the hiring manager may review it to get an idea of your work history and relevant experience.
Initial Contact:
If your application is of interest, you may receive a call or email to schedule an interview. Be sure to respond promptly and professionally.
First Interview:
This interview is usually conducted by a manager or supervisor. It may be in-person or over the phone.
Questions might focus on your work history, availability, customer service skills, and your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You may be asked about your knowledge of Subway and its menu.

Entrevista
I was sat down and asked questions about myself in a possible manner in the middle of the restaurant as people dined around me. I was then instructed to cut bread so they could see how well I could do.
Easy flow, face to face and they are quite patient with you. The manager are understanding if it's your first time and let you through the flow of the process
Very simple and straightforward. Normal questions like availability, have you worked in food service before, etc. I think it depends on location though since friends at other locations have had more substantive or less substantive interviews.
