Easy. They asked various hot-dog-related questions and I answered to the best of my ability. I relished the opportunity to spread salty and savory knowledge about various cooked pork products.

Assembled multiple custom submarine sandwiches blindfolded. This included un-toasting a meatball sub on Italian herb and cheese. Another part of this process was identifying sauces based only on the feeling of the bottle. Given the seniority of the position, sauce amounts were varied in order to avoid simple identification by weight.
I was also asked to recite various company mantras verbatim during this process.

They reached out promptly and scheduled the interview the next day. The manager asked why i wanted to work there, and asked me my availability. It was a very easy process, 10 minute interview.
