I was contacted in a reasonable amount of time after I sent in my application and was asked to come in for an interview two weeks later. The interview was not bad, but because it is a group interview it was a bit more anxiety provoking for me, just having to listen to others and then answer the questions yourself. But after we started everyone was very friendly. They vigoursly write down what seems like every word you say. Just be open, outgoing, put yourself out there and just get into the role. You definitely have to sell yourself.
Now I am await a second phone interview, no idea what's in store for that.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
