Entrevista
6-person group interviews spread out across 5 different interviewers. Each stage focused on a specific aspect of the position, from discipline to poetry analysis to personal reflection. All candidates were given the chance to answer questions, and were reminded that they were not competing against each other for limited positions.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
