It was a group interview. They gave you a poem and you had 15 min to do a lesson plan with members in your group. After that you and your group members have to teach the interviewees about the poem. You will get feedbacks from them. Talked about your own lesson plan and asked them questions. They will let you know in a week.

It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.

Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
