The interview process went well in my opinion. When I came in, there were 2 other people interviewing with me as well for the group interview. One person was interviewing for my same role and the other person was interviewing for a different role but on the same team. We rotated one on one interviews amongst the people that were on the team in separate rooms and were asked different questions from each person. The questions were pretty basic. At the end of the interview, I was told that we will be contacted via email and less than a week later, I was informed that I was not selected for the role. I was truly passionate about this organization and the role because I really loved and believed in what they aimed to do but unfortunately, I was not whom they were looking for.
