Written application online, followed by a phone interview. After the phone interview, I was given the choice between coming in to the Network office for a group interview or sending a video of me teaching in my current classroom. Went for the group interview, where we were split by elementary, middle, and high school candidates. Traveled to 3 different interview stations with other elementary candidates. One station focused on behavior management, one on lesson planning, and one was a more traditional interview. Once I was hired, I had a video call for a school placement interview with the principal.

It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.

Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
