Entrevista
Had a phone interview via Skype with someone from the HR department. The interviewer was very unprofessional, yawned several times when I was talking about by experiences. Even if my answers were not that compelling, her manner was very rude. She could have at least looked away when yawning.

Initial phone screen, and then a one on one face interview. The initial phone screen was more difficult, but still rather basic as only typical resume questions, strengths and weaknesses. No major curveballs. The face to face interview was more to assess fit and was rather short and primarily was interested in why you would want to work in the field and why you want to work at this company.

They ask some questions about the company so just know a lot about what they do.

Entrevista
I applied online and a few days later I got an email from HR asking to set up an initial phone interview. This would be the first of two phone interviews. The first interview was very quick (under 10 minutes) and the woman was very pleasant. She would be my go to contact for the rest of the process. I was told that they move quickly at Success so I could be contacted by the end of the week for a second interview. She called me before the end of that same day to schedule the next phone interview. The next interview was with a different woman, equally pleasant who asked me more of the same interview questions. This also lasted no more than 10 minutes. I got a phone call later that day asking to schedule an in person interview for the following week. I went to the office for the interview and everyone there was also very pleasant. I was interviewed by 2 women, one of which had previously interviewed me on the phone. They both continued to ask me more of the same questions. This interview was very short and was probably not worth a trip to the office especially since they did not ask me any new questions. I got an offer for the position the next day, but they were understandably unable to accomodate the time off that I needed so I had to politely decline. They did say they really did want me to intern with them and that they would really like me to consider them for another position at another time.

What would a previous employer say about you?
This question is not difficult I don't think, but I did not expect it as I have never been asked this before. Everything else was standard interview questions and after being asked the same questions twice already, it was not too bad in the in person interview.
