I applied online and received an email the next day asking for me to come in for an interview the next week. It was a group interview, we learned about the fellows program and the school, observed some classrooms, then taught our own five minute lesson to the group. The interview ended with a one-on-one interview with the recruiter and an analysis of a poem.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
