they took over a month to contact me then did not even want a music teacher for the whole time. They showed very little interest in hiring anyone that was not already apart of their school.

it was over zoom they asked many questions. Like your class management, philosophy, when can you work. Most likely the process was pretty chill and person was very kind so it was cool experience.
