My interview was 20 minutes and felt off from the very start. They pride themselves in discipline of their "Scholars" and adherence to a strict schedule. I was asked to role play a situation to practice enforcing their standards with the parents. My interviewer then gave me feedback and asked me to try again until I did it as expected. Post interview, I was asked to complete an online interview that asked me to critique my own interview, which I felt uneasy about. This is not a school that prides themselves on inclusivity or a nurturing environment, and that was evident from my interviews. After reading into more reviews, this "school" protects their image at any costs necessary, even if that means expelling kids to maintain their 100% graduation rate. I was impressed with their marketing team for presenting such an appealing offer and was excited to interview but after what I know now, I would be cautious to work here.

Never been this uncomfortable at an interview before. As mentioned in other comments, the interviewer was rude and told me to immediately correct a student out loud by saying a command line if the student is talking in class.
