Expect a lot of hoop jumping for very little outcome. You are contacted by someone expressing interest in your online resume, for a specific position which you don't think matches but sounds interesting. After you express interest, you are asked for your resume (after they supposedly reviewed it and believe you're a good candidate?) and are asked to answer questions. Then you receive a response acting as tho you've passed a phase, furthering you to an online application where you submit your resume again, complete an application. Then you get an email, again suggesting you've passed a phase, and are required to complete an online test. After which you are congratulated on whatever this next phase is and told someone will be reaching out. Then you receive an email saying you're experience doesn't meet the requirements but maybe they'll find something else for you. All along being made to feel like you're progressing. It's time consuming and hugely misleading. To Success Academy, or whatever agency is recruiting in your name: do better. Stop wasting people's time.
