Three step interview process with the third phase being a "trial assessment" which was essentially a written self lead exam. The first interview was a quick video interview that was self done so you recorded your answers and the second interview was with a person. Although I was submitted (by an internal employee) to an associates position, my second interviewer told me they decided to have me for the Senior role as they found me more qualified. After I submitted the third phase (the trial assessment) they ghosted me and never responded. Never told me why I wasn't a fit, nothing.
