I was approached by a recruiter(not a headhunter, a recruiter) for my background, only to be told that the school actively avoids my background. The interviewer went on to describe how strict the school was, and seemed to care more about that than my actual qualifications. The interviewer also dismissed my questions she specifically invited me to ask at the end of the interview, including the average tenure there.

The interview process was relatively straightforward in structure, but there were some concerns regarding professionalism and communication. The interview began later than scheduled without acknowledgment, and there were multiple instances where responses were interrupted before completion. This made it somewhat challenging to fully convey answers and engage in a balanced discussion.

Withdrew from the process.

HORRIBLE AND INSULTING. DO NOT WORK HERE. THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU AS HUMAN. The interviewer walks you through a scenario where you have to talk to a student, and not only do they expect you to talk to a child like a dog, she was incredibly rude to me as well and kept forcing me to repeat answers to the same questions over and over. Terrible, stay far away from this company.

It was a zoom interview.I was asked about my schooling experience and how strict my parents were .About my experience with kids.How will I handle kids in particular situation.They also asked an english language question.
