I had several interviews. The first was a phone screening with HR. Then, I met with several of my would be colleagues in round-robin interviews that took approximately two hours. I was then asked to submit writing samples. Finally, I was invited back for a second round of interviews before being offered the job. Most of the questions were to explore fit and gain insight into my experience.
