The entire interview process took 2.5 weeks from start to offer. Initial Zoom interview with HR, followed by same day in person interviews with the hiring manager and another HR rep, and lastly another round of same day in person interviews with the President and General Manager. The recruiter assigned to me was very attentive and made sure to constantly update me on process to maintain my interest in the position via text. The only real con of the interview process is that I do feel that she could have more accurately represented the company culture during the process to let candidates know what they're in for. I ultimately only worked at Suffolk for 6 months because of their culture and values. The actual New York office environment is different than portrayed.
