Very PMP focused. Structured. Interest in previous experience and how to overcome objections or difficult stakeholders and communication style. They didn't provide much detail about the project other than it was very large with an advancing deadline.

Entrevista
The initial interview process was smooth, with prompt responses from their team leading to a swift setup for an in-person meeting after a brief phone conversation with one of their hiring managers. I had a positive meeting with their marketing director and felt it went well, leading to a second interview conducted virtually with their VP of marketing. This meeting also left me feeling optimistic. The team members I interacted with appeared skilled and knowledgeable. However, after several weeks passed following my second interview, I received no communication about the job status, despite sending a follow-up email inquiring about any updates. Eventually, I discovered through their LinkedIn page that they had filled the position. The lack of follow-up after two separate interviews struck me as extremely unprofessional.

A few questions that are typical of any retail/customer service job. If you come from a retail background you will be fine, the questions are pretty straight-forward and the environment is normal
