Got a phone call for interview and directly met up with the boss. He basicallly asked you simple question and took a look on the profolio. Then he would give you a homework. If you pass, he would hire you. It wasn't that difficult. As long as you pass the homework test, that's it. You are hired!

Expected me to give them free search engine optimization consultation during initial interview. Wanted quick way to "trick" Google and get a lot of free traffic to their website because they had no budget. Seemed to be using the interview process to obtain free consulting. Did not walk me to the door at the end of the interview, instead left me in the middle of the factory to find my way out. And of course, never got back to me to let me know I was not selected.
