Two Hour Long interview process consisted of going from conference room to conference room meeting with multiple teams for 15 minutes per room. Consisted of conversations with VP, HR, PM, PE, Estimators, Admin, etc.. They took us out to a job walk and returned to have lunch with all those interviewing us. They made me feel like there was no way I wouldn't get the job, and I said I had the qualifications and not to worry. No offer, and never responded to inquiries regarding what experience I could gain to be of interest. It was awkward as they asked me later if I was interested in spearheading their company's sponsored competition team.
