I went through the interview process at Sulekha, which started with a technical round, followed by an HR round, and then an online test, and the process itself was straightforward and didn’t take much time; however, after completing all the rounds, I didn’t receive any update about the final result, and even after following up there was no response from the HR team, which made it feel like I was completely ghosted despite putting in time and effort, so overall while the interview rounds were fine, the lack of communication afterward made it a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I was called for an offline interview and the first round went well talking about projects and scenario based questions. The HR told I was shortlisted for the 2nd round but then no call came for more than 2 weeks and now he is not picking up my phone.
