I recently went through the interview process at Sumerge for the Associate Solution Engineer position and was thrilled to be offered the role. The entire process was well-organized and gave me a thorough understanding of the company and the role. The interviews focused on both technical and soft skills, with stages including a technical assessment, behavioral questions, and a final evaluation of my fit for the position. The technical discussions were challenging yet fair, covering topics such as BPM workflows, backend development, microservices, and modernization services. The interviewers were professional and approachable, which helped ease any nerves. What stood out to me was the clarity and transparency throughout the process. The team ensured I was aware of the next steps and timelines, and they were quick to respond to any queries. The final stage involved an insightful discussion about my responsibilities, which reinforced my excitement about joining the team. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I’m looking forward to contributing to Sumerge as part of the team.

The interview process was very beneficial (I did 3 interviews HR, Technical and Final Presentation). The process itself was educational and I gained experience from it.
