Met with 4 individuals (1 HR rep, two VPs, and finally the head of the settlements department). Was over the course of 2-2.5 hours. They changed up interviewing styles, with one interviewer playing hardball. Had to stay calm, and be on the defensive. The HR rep went over the position's responsibilities. The next interviewer was mostly interested in my background and feeling out what type of person I was. The third interviewer took the approach of belittling me, which was weird, so not only did I feel under qualified, but I felt like they wasted my time (as well as their own) and I consequently, didn't want to work for a person like that.
