The process started with an online Zoom interview. On another day, there was an in-person case study with four hours of preparation, followed by a presentation to investment managers. The final round was an online interview with a partner. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the company was negative. Each interview round was rescheduled at least twice. It would have been appreciated if the company had blocked time slots that worked reliably for them. Another negative aspect was the live case study presentation. While several investment managers were present, at least two of them seemed distracted and were working on their laptops during the presentation. Lastly, after three interview rounds, including a full day on-site, the company was not willing to provide any feedback beyond saying that they had decided to proceed with another candidate. This was rather disappointing, especially considering the time and travel effort required to interview with them, including taking a full day off for the on-site case study.
